The end user and all parties whom make use of the information provided within this site are entirely at their own risk. The signers and their employing companies, if any, are individually responsible for all applicable statutory requirements mandated by the State in which they are duly commissioned. They are not employees of Accurate Sign Ups.

Accurate Sign Ups is not responsible for the competence or the ultimate correctness of our notaries that we send to our clients. All of our notaries are licensed and bonded as required by law and are deemed reliable and competent to the best of our knowledge. Our goal is to be of optimal service to the community. However, we cannot be responsible for the individual actions of our sub-contractors; including but not limited to their status and conduct on the exact date of the service performed. The Notaries that are subcontracted with us are only “subcontractors” and we are only a referral service. In due diligence, we obtain a signed subcontractor agreement, W-9, proof of their Commission certificate, bond, errors and omissions insurance and screen their abilities as a mobile signer prior to sending them out for a Notary service.
