Notary Sign Up Package

Please read and sign the Contractors Agreement and return along with the following documents:

  1. Notary Instruction Sheet
  2. Notary Questionnaire
  3. Contractor's Agreement (this includes your acceptance to terms of use and disclaimer policies within this site)
  4. W-9 form

Step 2

Return a copy of these documents with your package:

  1. Copy of Commission
  2. Copy of Bond
  3. Copy of E&O Insurance

MOBILE NOTARY TRAINING-
“ Loan Document Signing Training”
Notary Signing Agent and Mobile Notary:

CLASS INCLUDES:

1. Hands on training with sample loan documents
2. You will work with your own set of actual
loan “docs”.
3. A Free list of over 50 Signing Companies
that are looking for qualified loan signing agents
4. A CD copy of: The Mortgage Terms Glossary
and a copy of Set of Loan Documents to
practice with.
5. We will issue you a Certificate of Completion
after you have completed the training class.

Requirements for Training:
You must be a licensed Notary Public.

Cost: $165.00 per person

ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE:

Live Signing assistance during a notary
signing (optional) for extra fee

Ongoing support for 3 months after training
add $45.00 per month

Support Includes:
1. You may call in with Questions during a
notary signing anytime
2. We will check you’re work for you on at
least 4 mobile notary signings to ensure
accuracy after your training.
